GS Token is a symbolic digital asset to finance the GoldStory project. It does not represent financial value, nor does it grant ownership rights or guarantee returns.

2. Use of Funds
Funds will be used exclusively for gold trading in phase 1:

• Phase 1: $1,200,000 USD for initial purchase, transportation, and logistics.

3. Transparency
All transactions are visible on Polygon. A dashboard will allow real-time tracking of wallets, progress, and fund usage.

4. Risks
The user acknowledges that participation is voluntary and without guarantees. The project may be affected by external conditions.

5. Responsibility
The team will act transparently, but is not liable for losses derived from the market, logistics, or regulatory changes.

6. Refund Policy
Automatic refunds are not offered, as funds are used for an ongoing real operation.
